I’ve been struggling with getting any call backs to cancel from my previous insurance (North Star - stay far away from them numerous complaints of lack of communication or call backs). Megan is taking care of this for me, and I am so happy it is finally going somewhere! This office has always been so responsive in getting me help with questions, policy adjustments if they see something that could improve etc etc. honestly can’t think of a complaint about this firm. Annoyed that well over a year later I haven’t received a cancel from my last company for half of my policies, BUT SO HAPPY and glad I have awesome agents here to help and get things taken care of! Even if I could find a cheaper rate right now, these people have been amazing and worth the extra dime for that peace of mind and extra mile they go for you!"

"The best way to describe my experience with Sierra Juhl and her State Farm team is amazing!! I would consider myself what I’d call a high maintenance customer. I lack many of the typical internet and computer skills that life seems to require these days. I was extremely nervous to break away from my existing plans and coverage due to lack of understanding and the overwhelming feeling it gave me to do so. "Couple of things. Ana was nice and was learning. She met my needs. She did not tell me her name until I asked what it was just before I left the first time I met her. I was surprised she did not know the zip code or county for Farmington. Was having food at her desk necessary? I realized she is new and on a learning curve. I left with a quote to review.
