"Edit. My first experience was good, but ever since, they have screwed up several times on my vehicles specifically with the policies being added or taken off and removing the correct vehicle. Apparently new people remove cars that I don't want removed and keep the ones I do want removed. Bought a vehicle, called them to have it added and even though I only had it for a couple months they never actually added it and I drove the entire time with no insurance. Called them about this and they stated that there really isn't anything that can be done since I didn't have an accident therefore no harm no foul, so if I did have an accident then there would be repercussions. There appears to be only one individual that works for Sierra that actually is able to do anything correctly (as far as adding or removing things to the policy) and even then that person doesn't always get it right and I feel with dealing with policies and individuals it should be more consistently correct than not and this is not the case so far. Don't get me wrong, there are people that work there that can answer the phone, but that's about it. If you have any actual questions that are easy to moderate to answer there's no in physically in that office that can answer the question and it always is the response "I'm not sure and we'll have to reach out to the person that does know and have them get back to you. Would not recommend this specific State Farm agents office."

"Don't buy insurance from these people because when you wanted your policy canceled they will not do it right away for you and they will wait days or weeks before canceling anything for you."
